Shipping:

At Massage Chair Warehouse, we offer two shipping options for your convenience. If you choose our free shipping option, you can expect to receive your item curbside within 7-10 business days from the shipment date, often even sooner. Our reliable carriers will bring your chair to your front door in separate boxes, with the chair itself in one box, the armrests in another, and the footrest in the last box.

Assembly is straightforward, typically involving attaching the armrests, footrest, and occasionally a pedestal for your remote. We provide installation videos on our website and YouTube channel to assist you. Please note that our chairs are heavy, so it's advisable to have assistance when moving the chair within your home.

To ease chair movement, using a dolly or two is recommended. Simply fully recline the chair, place the dolly next to it, and "tip" the chair onto its side onto the dolly. This allows for easy rolling to your desired location.

Alternatively, we offer a white glove delivery service. With white glove delivery, our professional team will bring the chair to your home, place it in your chosen room, and handle the setup. They will also remove all packaging debris, leaving your space clean.

Please note that with white glove delivery, your chair will be transported via LTL Freight before being transferred to the final mile/white glove delivery company, extending the delivery time by approximately one week.

When scheduling white glove delivery, it's important to inform the company of any stairs or challenging locations in your home. If you anticipate difficulties, please share pictures with us for proper preparation.

If a third person is required for delivery, additional charges may apply. We advise carefully considering whether white glove delivery is necessary before placing your order to avoid surprises.

In the case of returns or exchanges, white glove pickup will be necessary, incurring additional costs. Please keep this in mind, as the delivery company will handle the removal of packaging debris.

In the unlikely event of any quality issues with your chair, we are committed to finding a resolution. We will work closely with you to facilitate repair, replacement, or exchange. However, if you decline these options, you will be responsible for the shipping costs in both directions and any applicable restocking fees.

Restocking fees are common in the industry, and rates may vary. Currently, Human Touch and Cozzia charge a restocking fee of 15%, while Synca has a restocking fee of 20%.

  • Must be returned in its original boxes. If not an additional charge will be applied.
  • White-Glove Delivery is Non-Refundable. This is an additional service and therefore cannot be refunded. If you do return your chair and want white glove pickup, then there will be an additional charge applied.
  • Only orders in the contiguous US - It does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico orders or international orders.
  • The chair must return with no damages to qualify for the flat-free return.
  • Financing Fees are non-refundable. These range from 10%-15%.

How do I return my product?

The return process is simple. Just contact a Massage Chair Warehouse expert to get your Return Authorization (RA) number and the correct address to send your item. Please be sure that the item is returned in its original condition and that it is packed in its original boxes. Products returned improperly will not be accepted. Restocking fees and return shipping charges will apply.

Cancellations

We usually ship orders the next day, if you choose to cancel your order after your massage chair has shipped, you will be liable for any shipping charges incurred as well as a 3% credit card processing fee.

  • Due to factory personalization and cost, the return policy does not apply to Luraco i9 Max Billionaire Edition and Luraco i9 Max Royal Edition.
  • For Medical Breakthrough Chairs Only- Once you receive the chair, you have 7 days to use the chair. If you are unhappy with your chair for whatever reason, please call us to request a return merchandise authorization number. You can return the chair within 7 days of receiving it. Please remember that all items for return should be in their original condition and packaging. The original packaging can be purchased for $550 which includes all of the pads and boxes if you do not have it. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to keep the original cartons and packaging. You must also put the chair back in the original packing and strap it on the pallet it came in prior to the freight company picking it up. Customers are responsible for all freight shipping charges and white glove fees, as well as a 25% restocking fee no matter what was offered when you purchase the chair. After receiving the massage chair and inspection, we will issue a refund of the chair. Please note that to be eligible for return, items must be in resalable condition, including all product documentation, and shipped within 30 days RMA was issued.

Took a while to arrive but it did, it was perfect!!

Great savings on the refurbished chair. Took a while to arrive and the customer service representatives assured me that it would eventually ship and the order had already been handed off to the manufacturer.

But it eventually did ship and the tracking information provided was responsive and my wait was almost over.

When it came to delivery, I had some difficulty with the contracted delivery company but a call to Recovery For Athletes solved everything. I honestly didn’t think it would since the delivery company made it seem like I was completely out of luck. The Recovery For Athletes representative calmly reassured me not to worry, apologized for the hassle, and assured that everything would be taken care of and I didn’t need to do anything but sit back and relax and wait for my chair. Sure enough, I got a call for the delivery company the very next day and a day later, I’ve been in massage heaven every since!!

Thank you so much Recovery for Athletes!!! I highly recommend them without reservation. Wait times can be longer than expected (probably because I ordered a refurbished chair) but the savings are tremendous, white glove delivery is included, and the grade A refurbished chair I order is indistinguishable from a brand new one to my eyes!!!

(Note: The picture I included is after 1 month of use by me already and I put the foots pads away. When it arrived, it was brand spanking new, still with the new chair smell!)
