Shipping:

At Massage Chair Warehouse, we offer two shipping options for your convenience. If you choose our free shipping option, you can expect to receive your item curbside within 7-10 business days from the shipment date, often even sooner. Our reliable carriers will bring your chair to your front door in separate boxes, with the chair itself in one box, the armrests in another, and the footrest in the last box.

Assembly is straightforward, typically involving attaching the armrests, footrest, and occasionally a pedestal for your remote. We provide installation videos on our website and YouTube channel to assist you. Please note that our chairs are heavy, so it's advisable to have assistance when moving the chair within your home.

To ease chair movement, using a dolly or two is recommended. Simply fully recline the chair, place the dolly next to it, and "tip" the chair onto its side onto the dolly. This allows for easy rolling to your desired location.

Alternatively, we offer a white glove delivery service. With white glove delivery, our professional team will bring the chair to your home, place it in your chosen room, and handle the setup. They will also remove all packaging debris, leaving your space clean.

Please note that with white glove delivery, your chair will be transported via LTL Freight before being transferred to the final mile/white glove delivery company, extending the delivery time by approximately one week.

When scheduling white glove delivery, it's important to inform the company of any stairs or challenging locations in your home. If you anticipate difficulties, please share pictures with us for proper preparation.

If a third person is required for delivery, additional charges may apply. We advise carefully considering whether white glove delivery is necessary before placing your order to avoid surprises.

In the case of returns or exchanges, white glove pickup will be necessary, incurring additional costs. Please keep this in mind, as the delivery company will handle the removal of packaging debris.

Restocking fees are common in the industry, and rates may vary. Currently, Human Touch and Cozzia charge a restocking fee of 15%, while Synca has a restocking fee of 20%.

  • Must be returned in its original boxes. If not an additional charge will be applied.
  • White-Glove Delivery is Non-Refundable. This is an additional service and therefore cannot be refunded. If you do return your chair and want white glove pickup, then there will be an additional charge applied.
  • Only orders in the contiguous US - It does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico orders or international orders.
  • The chair must return with no damages to qualify for the flat-free return.
  • Financing Fees are non-refundable. These range from 10%-15%.

How do I return my product?

The return process is simple. Just contact a Massage Chair Warehouse expert to get your Return Authorization (RA) number and the correct address to send your item. Please be sure that the item is returned in its original condition and that it is packed in its original boxes. Products returned improperly will not be accepted. Restocking fees and return shipping charges will apply.

Cancellations

We usually ship orders the next day, if you choose to cancel your order after your massage chair has shipped, you will be liable for any shipping charges incurred as well as a 3% credit card processing fee.

Conditions/Fine Print

  • Due to factory personalization and cost, the return policy does not apply to Luraco i9 Max Billionaire Edition and Luraco i9 Max Royal Edition.
  • For Medical Breakthrough Chairs Only- Once you receive the chair, you have 7 days to use the chair. If you are unhappy with your chair for whatever reason, please call us to request a return merchandise authorization number. You can return the chair within 7 days of receiving it. Please remember that all items for return should be in their original condition and packaging. The original packaging can be purchased for $550 which includes all of the pads and boxes if you do not have it. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to keep the original cartons and packaging. You must also put the chair back in the original packing and strap it on the pallet it came in prior to the freight company picking it up. Customers are responsible for all freight shipping charges and white glove fees, as well as a 25% restocking fee no matter what was offered when you purchase the chair. After receiving the massage chair and inspection, we will issue a refund of the chair. Please note that to be eligible for return, items must be in resalable condition, including all product documentation, and shipped within 30 days RMA was issued.

I mostly love this chair

I love the heat feature, which is an option for your legs, seat, and back. One drawback though was that I was under the impression that there would be a massage feature on the leg portion and there is not. You will only have the massage feature in the back and in the seat. When I wake up feeling pain from a rough night of sleep, I like to either use the massage or stretch feature and I always feel better.

I read as many reviews online as I could. I tried not to compare prices. When I found the features i, personally needed the gravis chair came out on top. I bought the chair, and paid extra to have it delivered and set up in the small space I had cleared in the art space I have. It worked. I have Never purchased anything at such a price for my own benefit. I am managing pain from an autoimmune disorder with the use of this chair, acupuncture by a board certified doctor who has training in Chinese medicine. I also use ice, and heat for flares. Aloe and Leader for my skin. This combination of equipment and topicals has me feeling so improved. I am motivated to continue to work with a more outside the box approach to my health issues, because I have had improvement in all areas of my life . I have a genetic malabsorbtion issue that keeps me from taking any narcotics, anti virals,anti inflammatories, and antibiotic. This chair has provide immeasurable relief for me. I can't thank everyone who helped along the way while the chair travelled its way across the country to me!

Great Value

I am very pleased with purchase. The chair offers an intense massage that can be dialed down. Love the calve massage too. You can even flip it up and it massages your feet. It is a smaller chair and easily fits in my living room but its probably not good for anyone over 6'tall. Great value and a must buy!

Due to chronic pain after surviving Stage III Breast Cancer, I was no longer able to do many things that I once was able to do.
