- Must be returned in its original boxes. If not an additional charge will be applied.
- White-Glove Delivery is Non-Refundable. This is an additional service and therefore cannot be refunded. If you do return your chair and want white glove pickup, then there will be an additional charge applied.
- Only orders in the contiguous US - It does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico orders or international orders.
How do I return my product?
The return process is simple. Just contact a Massage Chair Warehouse expert to get your Return Authorization (RA) number and the correct address to send your item. Please be sure that the item is returned in its original condition and that it is packed in its original boxes. Products returned improperly will not be accepted. Restocking fees and return shipping charges will apply.
Cancellations
All canceled orders are subject to a 3% cancelation fee, which are non-refundable plus a $20 processing fee, whether or not your order has shipped. This is not for profit or to coat our pockets, rather we get charged this fee regardless of order status. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges and any re-consignment fees associated. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order.

At Massage Chair Warehouse, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be thrilled with your purchase, and we offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure your peace of mind.
You have a generous 30-day window from the ship date to make a decision about your purchase. Our return policy applies to all manufacturers except our Refurbished/Open Box/Certified Pre Owned chairs, as they no longer accept returns or swaps due to buyer's remorse. However, if your chair arrives damaged, they will promptly replace it.
If you'd like to explore other chair options within our selection, we value your loyalty and will cover the fees associated with switching to a different chair that better suits your needs.
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the item is repackaged in its original packaging with all parts, hardware, controller, and accessories. If the original packaging is unavailable, suitable repackaging will be required, and additional white glove pickup fees may apply.
Please note that our return policy applies to orders within the continental US only. If your chair was shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or internationally, the shipping fees likely amounted to $800-$1200 each way.
In the unlikely event of any quality issues with your chair, we are committed to finding a resolution. We will work closely with you to facilitate repair, replacement, or exchange. However, if you decline these options, you will be responsible for the shipping costs in both directions and any applicable restocking fees.
Typically, our suppliers offer returns within the first 30 days and a 15% restocking fee (Human Touch, Cozzia-Svago, JP Medics, Osaki, Titan, AmaMedic, Kyota-Infinity) while some offer higher restocking fees -- all Johnson Brands (Synca, Johnson and Inner Balance Wellness) 20%. You will also be responsible for shipping in both directions back to the supplier and any associated fees. Fees are also subject to change and may be higher depending on the supplier. Since we have paid to ship the item to you (even though you have received free shipping), you will need to pay the shipping in both directions as well as all associated fees with returning your item. Refused shipments will also be subject to restocking and shipping fees.

Conditions/Fine Print
- Due to factory personalization and cost, the return policy does not apply to Luraco i9 Max Billionaire Edition and Luraco i9 Max Royal Edition.
- For Medical Breakthrough Chairs Only- Once you receive the chair, you have 7 days to use the chair. If you are unhappy with your chair for whatever reason, please call us to request a return merchandise authorization number. You can return the chair within 7 days of receiving it. Please remember that all items for return should be in their original condition and packaging. The original packaging can be purchased for $550 which includes all of the pads and boxes if you do not have it. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to keep the original cartons and packaging. You must also put the chair back in the original packing and strap it on the pallet it came in prior to the freight company picking it up. Customers are responsible for all freight shipping charges and white glove fees, as well as a 25% restocking fee no matter what was offered when you purchase the chair. After receiving the massage chair and inspection, we will issue a refund of the chair. Please note that to be eligible for return, items must be in resalable condition, including all product documentation, and shipped within 30 days RMA was issued.
