Shipping:

At Massage Chair Warehouse, we offer two shipping options for your convenience. If you choose our free shipping option, you can expect to receive your item curbside within 7-10 business days from the shipment date, often even sooner. Our reliable carriers will bring your chair to your front door in separate boxes, with the chair itself in one box, the armrests in another, and the footrest in the last box.

Assembly is straightforward, typically involving attaching the armrests, footrest, and occasionally a pedestal for your remote. We provide installation videos on our website and YouTube channel to assist you. Please note that our chairs are heavy, so it's advisable to have assistance when moving the chair within your home.

To ease chair movement, using a dolly or two is recommended. Simply fully recline the chair, place the dolly next to it, and "tip" the chair onto its side onto the dolly. This allows for easy rolling to your desired location.

Alternatively, we offer a white glove delivery service. With white glove delivery, our professional team will bring the chair to your home, place it in your chosen room, and handle the setup. They will also remove all packaging debris, leaving your space clean.

Please note that with white glove delivery, your chair will be transported via LTL Freight before being transferred to the final mile/white glove delivery company, extending the delivery time by approximately one week.

When scheduling white glove delivery, it's important to inform the company of any stairs or challenging locations in your home. If you anticipate difficulties, please share pictures with us for proper preparation.

If a third person is required for delivery, additional charges may apply. We advise carefully considering whether white glove delivery is necessary before placing your order to avoid surprises.

In the case of returns or exchanges, white glove pickup will be necessary, incurring additional costs. Please keep this in mind, as the delivery company will handle the removal of packaging debris.

  • Must be returned in its original boxes. If not an additional charge will be applied.
  • White-Glove Delivery is Non-Refundable. This is an additional service and therefore cannot be refunded. If you do return your chair and want white glove pickup, then there will be an additional charge applied.
  • Only orders in the contiguous US - It does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico orders or international orders.
  • Financing Fees are non-refundable. These range from 10%-15%.

How do I return my product?

The return process is simple. Just contact a Massage Chair Warehouse expert to get your Return Authorization (RA) number and the correct address to send your item. Please be sure that the item is returned in its original condition and that it is packed in its original boxes. Products returned improperly will not be accepted. Restocking fees and return shipping charges will apply.

Cancellations

All canceled orders are subject to your cc fees (3%) which are non-refundable plus a $20 processing fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges and any re-consignment fees associated. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order.

You will also be responsible for shipping in both directions back to the supplier and any associated fees. Fees are also subject to change and may be higher depending on the supplier. Since we have paid to ship the item to you (even though you have received free shipping), you will need to pay the shipping in both directions as well as all associated fees with returning your item.

  • For Medical Breakthrough Chairs Only- Once you receive the chair, you have 7 days to use the chair. If you are unhappy with your chair for whatever reason, please call us to request a return merchandise authorization number. You can return the chair within 7 days of receiving it. Please remember that all items for return should be in their original condition and packaging. The original packaging can be purchased for $550 which includes all of the pads and boxes if you do not have it. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to keep the original cartons and packaging. You must also put the chair back in the original packing and strap it on the pallet it came in prior to the freight company picking it up. Customers are responsible for all freight shipping charges and white glove fees, as well as a 25% restocking fee no matter what was offered when you purchase the chair. After receiving the massage chair and inspection, we will issue a refund of the chair. Osaki OP-4D Master Massage Chair

The first chair that massages over your shoulders.

Overview

Most massage chairs stop at the top of your spine. The OP-4D Master goes further with ten individual airbags built into shoulder pads that rotate and press down over the tops of your shoulders, the way a person's hands would. An extra massage node sits on each side of the shoulder pad to mimic the pressure of thumbs. This is the feature that separates the Master from chairs that can only reach the back of the neck, and it is why the chair tells you to clip the magnetic pillow to the side before you begin: the pillow positions your shoulders correctly for that overhead compression.

Behind the shoulder work is a 4D+ roller mechanism running on a laser-crafted steel SL-Track that follows the body from the neck and shoulders down to the hamstrings. The chair scans your body to find shoulder height and width, then uses its Health Pro program to read tension in the torso and adjust the massage to it. You control depth, strength and speed across the intensity range, choose from 16 automatic programs and 6 manual techniques, and recline into one-stage zero gravity. Space Saving Technology lets the chair sit 3 inches from the wall and still fully recline. Available in Taupe, Brown and Black.

Construction

1. Over-the-Shoulder Airbags

Ten airbags housed in the shoulder pads inflate in sequence and rotate across the top of each shoulder, a motion most chairs cannot produce because their air cells only squeeze from the sides. A separate node on each pad adds a point of focused pressure. Attach the magnetic pillow to the chair before the program starts so your shoulders sit under the airbags rather than below them.

2. 4D+ Roller Mechanism

The 4D+ mechanism adds forward-and-back roller depth to the usual up, down and side movement, and lets you set strength and speed independently. That fourth axis is what allows the chair to slow down and press harder on a single tight spot instead of running every muscle at one fixed pace, and it can spot-treat a section of the back rather than working the whole length.

3. Laser-Crafted Steel SL-Track

The rollers ride an SL-Track cut from laser-crafted steel that curves from the neck and shoulders through the lower back and continues under the seat to the hamstrings. An S-shape alone follows the spine; the L-extension carries the rollers past the tailbone into the glutes and upper legs, areas a shorter S-track chair leaves untouched.

4. Health Pro Tension Detection

Before a massage, an automatic body scan measures your shoulder height and width so the rollers line up with your frame. The Health Pro program then reads tension across the torso and tailors the session to it, which matters because the same program run on two different bodies otherwise lands in the wrong places.

5. Foot Rollers and Extending Calf Section

Each foot sits over three rollers set against reflexology ridges that target acupressure points from heel to toe, while the calf section combines vertical kneading rollers with airbag compression. The footrest extends up to 8 inches, so taller users get the rollers under the arch and the calves held in the airbags instead of dangling past the end.

6. Zero Gravity and Lumbar Heat

One-stage zero gravity reclines you until your legs sit above your heart, a NASA-developed posture that takes load off the spine. Heating coils in the lumbar section and the feet add warmth in the 75–83°F range to loosen the lower back and feet. Space Saving Technology slides the seat forward as it reclines, so the chair needs only 3 inches of wall clearance.

Buyer's Guide

When comparing 4D massage chairs, start with how far the roller track actually reaches. Many chairs advertise an "SL-Track" but stop short of the glutes; the Master's track runs to the hamstrings, which is the difference between a back massage and a full posterior-chain massage. The second thing to check is the shoulders. Standard air cells press your shoulders from the sides.
