Shipping & Delivery
All of our items have a FREE SHIPPING OPTION within the contiguous United States, we do also offer a $300 shipping fee for Hawaii and Alaska.
At Massage Chair Warehouse, we prioritize efficient and timely shipping for all your orders. Our goal is to deliver your items as quickly as possible. Summit to Sea Hyperbaric Chambers ship via FedEx and usually leave our warehouse in 2-3 business days.
To keep you well-informed during the shipping process, we will promptly provide you with tracking information. Within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking details. This allows you to easily monitor the progress of your package and anticipate its arrival.

Shipping:
At Massage Chair Warehouse, we offer two shipping options for your convenience. If you choose our free shipping option, you can expect to receive your item curbside within 7-10 business days from the shipment date, often even sooner. Our reliable carriers will bring your item to your front door.
Alternatively, we offer a white glove delivery service. With white glove delivery, our professional team will bring the item to your home, place it in your chosen room, and handle the setup. They will also remove all packaging debris, leaving your space clean.
Please note that with white glove delivery, your item will be transported via LTL Freight before being transferred to the final mile/white glove delivery company, extending the delivery time by approximately one week.
When scheduling white glove delivery, it's important to inform the company of any stairs or challenging locations in your home. If you anticipate difficulties, please share pictures with us for proper preparation.
If a third person is required for delivery, additional charges may apply. We advise carefully considering whether white glove delivery is necessary before placing your order to avoid surprises.
In the case of returns or exchanges, white glove pickup will be necessary, incurring additional costs. Please keep this in mind, as the delivery company will handle the removal of packaging debris.
At Massage Chair Warehouse, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to deliver your order in perfect condition. Before signing the shipping weigh bill, we kindly request that you thoroughly inspect your item. By accepting a damaged product, you release the shipping company and us from liability. Once you accept the shipment as non-damaged, the item becomes your responsibility.

Warranty
Summit to Sea warrants our products and accessories against defect for two years from delivery date. The warranty covers parts and labor to repair the Summit to Sea system. Summit to Sea, at our option and sole discretion, will repair or replace the warranty item. The warranty does not cover damage as a result of misuse or unauthorized modification. Shipping to and from Summit to Sea is the customer's responsibility.
Summit to Sea has always and will continue to cover all components on our chambers - including zipper, windows, seams, valves, hoses... in other words if it came from Summit to Sea we will stand behind our product.
Extended warranties are available for purchase anytime within the two-year warranty period. The extended warranties also cover all components on the chamber - including zipper, windows, seams, valves, hoses, etc.
15 Day Easy Return Policy
Summit to Sea is so confident in the quality and ergonomics of our products they offer an unconditional return policy. If, for any reason, you decide to return your product within the first 15 days from delivery simply call the Summit to Sea reseller you purchased your product from and they will gladly refund the purchase price of the chamber minus original shipping charges*.
A full refund will be issued provided the chamber is received in its original condition as delivered to you. In the event the chamber is returned damaged, dirty, or missing components there will be a charge to bring the chamber back to the original condition. The customer accepts responsibility for the cost of shipping the product back to Summit to Sea.

Return Policy Guidelines
- Must be returned in its original boxes. If not an additional charge will be applied.
- White-Glove Delivery is Non-Refundable. This is an additional service and therefore cannot be refunded. If you do return your chair and want white glove pickup, then there will be an additional charge applied.
- Only orders in the contiguous US - It does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico orders or international orders.
- Financing Fees are non-refundable. These range from 10%-15%.
How do I return my product?
The return process is simple. Just contact a Massage Chair Warehouse expert to get your Return Authorization (RA) number and the correct address to send your item. Please be sure that the item is returned in its original condition and that it is packed in its original boxes. Products returned improperly will not be accepted. Restocking fees and return shipping charges will apply.
Cancellations
All canceled orders are subject to your cc fees (3%) which are non-refundable plus a $20 processing fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges and any re-consignment fees associated. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order.
