Love the chair and got a great deal from MCW. The on-line rep was very helpful, answered my questions and the white glove delivery came EARLY and was superb. YES I would buy again. My only personal concern about this chair that I overlooked is that it is built for an intensive workout and lacks the padding other chairs have. I ordered a pad from the mfg and it works fine.

To help out with back and neck pain from old sports injuries, I’ve owned a variety of high end massage chairs from different vendors, all of whom make all kinds of claims about 3d or 4d massages, auto sensing your body size, and so on. This is the only massage chair that actually lives up to those claims, and the only one that correctly auto senses body size, so that when it starts out by kneading your neck muscles, it nails it and massages your neck, not the middle of your shoulder blades. It’s a bit more expensive than some, but well worth the money if you can afford it. The interface is also much easier to use than others, and lets each user save their personalized settings under their name (interfaces for other massage chairs I’ve owned are so bad I’ve wondered if the people designing them ever even used a massage chair).

I had issues with getting my chair to my apartment, in my apartment and set up with the company that delivered. I reached out to the warehouse and they were able to manage and help fix the stress I was experiencing. This company is very supportive, in addition to truly wanting you to be happy with the product! How can I enjoy the products to the way I was expecting if I can barely even get it in and set up. They made it a lot easier for me well helping alleviate some stress. I definitely recommend them.

I couldn’t be happier with my purchase! I originally bought one from Costco but once I came across Massage Chair Warehouse so I cancelled my Costco order to save a lot more. I saved a lot of money! The massage is very good it does deep tissue which my husband needs because he’s in construction and has a lot of pain. I also love that it is made in Japan which is where the best chairs are made
